If you bought a bullet vibrator, start off by adding the bullet vibrator to the pocket in the harness. 

Once you have done the above, work the suction cup part of the dildo into the O Ring of the harness. Put the harness on, and tighten the straps accordingly. Once in, apply lubricant to the dildo and your partner.
