Borghild Project

The Borghild Project was a hoax that was said to be evidence for a German project during World War Two. The project was designed to combat the spread of syphilis throughout Nazi troops give giving them a sex doll. It was said that Adolf Hitler himself approved sending sex dolls throughout the ranks which could be transported in the soldiers rucksacks. It was said that this would then give the soldiers the option to avoid brothels in Paris, where syphilis rife. After years of this being considered an official project it was deemed a hoax in the early 2000’s due to the lack of evidence surrounding the Borghild Project.

This hoax about sex toys was supposedly inspired by a memo that was sent to Hitler stating that syphilis was becoming a wide spread problem throughout the prostitution houses within Paris. As a result, Hitler supposedly gave an order to create smaller than life, but realistic sex dolls to the Nazi troops. It was said that a total of fifty of these male sex toys were created. However, the project was cancelled after two years as soldiers were unwilling to carry them any longer in case they were captured with these sex dolls.
