An orgasm is a feeling of huge pleasure that happens during sexual experiences. 

What happens when you climax?

When you have an orgasm, your heart might beat faster and your breathing change as you become more and more excited. If you have a clitoral or vaginal orgasm, you may feel a pleasurable release followed by muscular contractions of the genital muscles. Some women even ejaculate or squirt when having a vaginal orgasm. Furthermore, women can also experience one orgasm after another.

If you have a penis an orgasm causes the muscles to contract and spurt out semen. It is unusual for men to be able to have an orgasm straight after they have just had one.
