Discreet Delivery
All our orders are shipped in discreet and plain packaging. Meaning that your adult toys will arrive in a plain box that will be unrecognisable to the post man and anyone else in your house.
Same Day Dispatch
We aim to ship all orders placed Monday to Friday on the same day. We are closed on the weekend so are unable to ship any orders placed then, or on bank holidays.
Please note that during exceptionally busy times (including Christmas Holidays), while we will try to deliver our orders on time, delivery of orders may be delayed due to courier issues outside of our control.
Our same day dispatch allows you to get next day delivery on sex toys. Please note, this is for orders placed on the same day before 2pm.
UK Based Orders
Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery  – Delivery usually within 1 to 3 days.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery –Â Delivery is usually within 1-2 days. Using this service can get you sex toys next day, however, it isn’t gauranteed.
UK Mail Next Working Day – Guaranteed to arrive Next Working Day – Monday to Friday. This is the perfect way to order your sex toys for next day delivery.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you live in the Highlands area delivery may take longer than specified. Orders outside of mainland UK are unlikely to arrive next working day. Please allow 2-5 working days, depending on the destination. In case of adverse weather please check the Interlink and Royal Mail websites for possible delays.
European Orders
At the checkout enter your billing address first, then if you require, un-tick the Ship To This Address box and enter your alternative Delivery Address.
Tracking your order
Your order will move through our system and once dispatched you will receive an email confirmation. For Interlink Next Day & Royal Mail Tracked deliveries, your unique tracking number will be included in the email when we despatch your order. Alternatively you can call our Customer Services Department or email us. Please be aware that Loving Joy Limited cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.
